Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Computer, Office Equipment, Spare Parts And Software Products For The Needs Of Water Supply And Sewerage Ood - Ruse
The Delivered Equipment And Spare Parts Must Be Original (Product Of The Manufacturer Under The Proposed Brand), Factory New, In Original Packaging, Be Accompanied By Operating Instructions In Bulgarian And Not Have Their Own (Other Than Those Of The Manufacturer) Seals, Warranty Stickers And/Or Other Specialized Means To Limit Control Over The Equipment During The Warranty Period. The Packaging Of The Goods Must Comply With International Transport Standards And Must Not Be Damaged Or Destroyed. Computer And Office Equipment Must Be Equipped With All Necessary Power, Interface And Other Cables, Adapters And Accessories (Keyboards, Mice And Others) Necessary For Normal Operation. The Protection And Ends Of The Power Cables Are Designed For Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Contracting Authority, Through Its Authorized Representative, Will Request All Products From Part I Offered By The Contractor And Included In The Specification Table, And Those From Part Ii Will Be Requested, If Necessary, In Quantities At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Should Be Completed In Time According To The Contractors Offer, But Up To 30 Calendar Days, Counting From The Written Request Of The Employers Representative.
