Diesel Fuel – Excise Fuels - Bulk. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement, With A Validity Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signature By The Last Party. The Method Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts Is Provided In The Draft Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude Subsequent Contracts Depending On Fuel Needs And Budget Allocations/Supplements, Respectively Between 1 And 12 Contracts During A Year. At The Time Of Contracting, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantities Of Petroleum Products, Depending On The Available Budgetary Financial Allocations. Also, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Supply Different Quantities Of The Mentioned Fuel Assortments, Depending On The Evolution Of The Actual Need To Operate The Fleet. The Coast Guard Concludes The Framework Agreement In The Name And On Behalf Of The Territorial Structures, Which Will Subsequently Conclude And Carry Out Subsequent Contracts, Depending On Consumption Needs And Budget Allocations, Within The Limits Specified By Annex No. 1 Of The Specifications.
