The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of: Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Of The Sławków Commune Live In A Way That Contributes To Achieving The Best Possible Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And In A Way That Ensures A Reduction In The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And With The Implementing Regulations Issued Based On The Above-Mentioned The Act, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Waste Management Plan For The Silesian Voivodeship And Applicable Local Legal Acts Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Act And Equipping The Property With Containers For Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste And Bags For Separately Collected Waste In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. (The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Particular Care In Carrying Out The Tasks Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Supporting The Commune In Achieving An Appropriate Level Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And The Level Of Landfilling, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law.
