The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices And Licenses Along With Implementation, Integration And Service Support In Order To Accelerate The Digital Transformation Processes By The Independent Public Health Care Center In Nowy Tomyśl By Streamlining The Functioning And Improving The Quality Of Medical Care Provided By The Independent Public Health Care Center In Nowy Tomyśl Through: Expansion And Integration Of The Service Providers It Systems, Digitization Of Medical Documentation Important From The Point Of View Of Treatment And Prevention, Activities Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Hospital And The Implementation Of Ai Solutions And Connection To The Central Repository Of Medical Data. The Above-Mentioned Activities Are To Improve The Functioning Of The Medical Facility, Increase The Efficiency Of Providing Services, Provide Patients With Appropriate Care And Better Access To Information About Their Health By Supporting The Process Of Computerization In The Area Of Health Care. 2. The Offered Devices And Software Must Meet All Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting The Minimum Technical And Qualitative Requirements For The Ordering Party, As Well As The Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Failure To Meet Which Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent. With The Terms Of The Order Pursuant To Article 226(1)(5) Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Principle Of Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) In Accordance With Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Guidelines For Projects Financed From The Kpo. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That The Deliveries And Services Offered Do Not Violate This Principle. To Confirm The Above, The Contractor Will Submit, Along With The Delivery, Appropriate Statements Or Documents Confirming Compliance With The Dnsh Principle. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Material Scope, Is Included In: 1) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order 2) Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
