Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services - Sanitation Services Of The Municipality Of Călăraşi For The Activities Of Cleaning Public Roads - Sweeping, Washing, Sprinkling And Maintenance Of Public Roads And Snow Removal - Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Keeping Them In Operation During Frost And Frost. The Purchase Of Sanitation Services In The Municipality Of Calarasi, Respectively The Activities Of Cleaning Public Roads - Sweeping, Washing, Sprinkling And Maintenance Of Public Roads And Snow Removal - Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Frost And Frost Will Be Done According To The Provisions Of The Specifications. In The Specifications, The Minimum Technical And Qualitative Aspects That Will Have To Be Taken Into Account During The Development Of The Contract Are Presented. Offers That Will Not Fully Comply With The Minimum Requirements According To The Award Documentation Will Be Considered Non-Compliant And Rejected According To The Provisions Of Art. 215 Para. (5) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement And Art. 137 Para. (1) And (3) Of H.G. No. 395/2016. The Public Procurement Procedure Will Be Completed By Concluding A Single Contract, With The Possibility Of Extension According To The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement. The Component Activities Of The Public Sanitation Service That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Are Carried Out For A Period Of 6 Months. Note: The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), On The 11Th Day Before The Date Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 20 Days.
