Tenders Are Invited For Data Network Management And Support Services – Framework Services Agreement Relating To The Establishment Of An Open Data Operating Platform (Sharing Of Open Data) And The Provision Of An Associated Support Service
Data Network Management And Support Services – Framework Services Agreement Relating To The Establishment Of An Open Data Operating Platform (Sharing Of Open Data) And The Provision Of An Associated Support Service. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Designate A Service Provider, Responsible For Providing A Service Enabling: • On The One Hand, The Implementation And Deployment Of An Open Data Platform (Sharing Of Open Data) Of The Saas Type – Software-As-A-Service; • On The Other Hand, To Ensure Monitoring, Support (If Necessary Through Training), And Technical Support Throughout The Execution Of This Contract. Concretely, The Bidder Is Asked To Propose An Open Data Content Management Platform For Which It Will Provide Hosting, Maintenance, Developments And Technical Support. This Platform Must Offer, In A Non-Exhaustive Manner, A Certain Number Of Functionalities Considered Imperative In Order To Serve The Desired Uses. The Bidder Proposes A Solution For The Three Categories Of Actors Targeted By The Framework Agreement: • “Basic” Solution, I.E. An Offer Adapted To Simple Needs For A Small Structure, Not Wishing To Have Advanced Functionalities And With A Modest Quantity Of Data To Publish. The Targeted Use Case Is That Of A Small Municipality. • “Intermediate” Solution, I.E. An Offer Adapted To More Advanced Needs For A Medium-Sized Structure, Wishing To Have More Functionalities And Needing To Make More Data Available. The Targeted Use Case Is That Of A Regional Agency. • “Complete” Solution, I.E. An Offer Adapted To The Needs Implementing All The Possibilities Of The Product For A Large Organization, Wishing To Have Advanced Functionalities And Needing To Make A Large Quantity Of Data Available. The Targeted Use Cases Are From An Intermunicipal Corporation Or From The Walloon Region.
