Tenders are invited for Videographer & Video Editor to Lead the Production of High-Quality Video Content that Supports Our Programs, Events and Advocacy Work Deadline Tuesday, 03. Feb 2026 We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to lead the production of high-quality video content that supports our programs, events, and advocacy work. The ideal candidate will have a strong storytelling sense, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex social and humanitarian topics into compelling visual narratives. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for documentaries, events, campaigns, and social media platforms. Produce short-form and long-form videos that align with organizational goals and communication strategies. Collaborate with program, communications, and advocacy teams to develop video concepts and storyboards. Capture interviews, field activities, and live events using professional video and audio equipment. Edit footage, add graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color correction to produce polished final products. Manage video assets, ensure proper archiving, and maintain an organized media library. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production and editorial standards. Travel to various locations across Lebanon to cover field activities and events as required. Skills and Experience Required Minimum 5 years of professional videography experience. University degree in Audiovisual Arts, Film Production, Journalism, Media & Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. Proven experience in creating documentary-style content and event-based short videos. Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and excellent attention to detail. Experience working on topics related to human rights, gender, development, or social justice is highly desirable.
