Hard “Dutch” Cheese Must Have A Fat Mass Fraction Of 45 Percent And Meet The Requirements Of Gost 7616-85. The Product Is Made From Whole Milk And Skim Milk Using Bacterial Concentrate, Table Salt And A Milk-Clotting Enzyme Preparation Of Animal Origin. Products Must Be Of Good Quality, Safe And Comply With Current Sanitary And Epidemiological Standards And Technical Regulations Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. The Appearance, Taste And Smell Should Be Characteristic Of This Type Of Hard Cheese, Without Foreign Tastes And Odors, The Consistency Should Be Dense And Homogeneous, Without Signs Of Spoilage Or Foreign Inclusions. The Nutritional Value Of The Product In 100 Grams Should Be: Fat - 26.8 Grams, Protein - 26.0 Grams. The Energy Value Of The Product In 100 Grams Should Be 352 Kilocalories. The Quality And Safety Of The Supplied Products Must Comply With The Requirements Of Technical Regulations And Sanitary Standards In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan.
