Transformer Substation – Construction Of A Substation For The Kpark-Straße Substation. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Planning And Construction Of A Substation, Which The Contractor Plans To Complete On His Own Initiative Based On The Service Description (See Participation Documents) And The Information And Planning Documents Provided With It And Builds It In Such A Way That Supply Is Possible After Handover And Commissioning On The Specified Completion Date. The Contractor Acts As General Contractor During Construction. The Subject Of The Contract Is Therefore All Planning Services That Are Still Required, Any Demolition And Disposal Work As Well As All Construction Services And Deliveries That Are Necessary For The Operational And Functional Production Of The Substation In Accordance With The Generally Recognized Rules Of Technology, Even If These Are Not Expressly Described In The Contractual Basis But, From The Perspective Of A Knowledgeable Contractor, Must Be Provided At The Conclusion Of The Contract In Order To Achieve Overall Success. The Contractors Scope Of Services Does Not Include The Delivery Of A 110/10 Kv Power Transformer Or The Manufacture Of Four Transformer Stands; These Services Were Commissioned Elsewhere And Are Provided By The Customer.
