A Section Will Be Demolished To Create A New Passage. In The Center Of The Plot, A New Volume Will Accommodate The Extension Of The Nursery. From The Second To The Fourth Floor, Apartments Will Also Be Located There. The Project Pays Particular Attention To Sustainability. The Facade Elements From The Demolished Part Will Be Carefully Dismantled And Then Reused On The Site. In Addition, Ecological Materials, Such As Hemp-Lime And Wood Fiber Insulation, Will Be Used For Facade Insulation. The Project Also Includes The Development Of The Surrounding Area.
