Tenders Are Invited For Paving And Stone Works Of The City Of Mikkeli 2026-2027, Option Years 2028 And 2029

The City Of Mikkeli Is Requesting An Offer For The Years 2026-2027 (Possible Option Years 2028 And 2029) For Paving And Stonework As A Unit-Price Total Contract In Accordance With This Request For Tender And The Attached Documents. The Procurement Concerns The Contracting Of Sites Mainly In The Central City Area, But Also In Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristina, Otava And Suomenniemi. The Delivery Quantities Indicated In The Request For Quotation Form Are Estimates And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Objects Covered By This Framework Arrangement Have Not Yet Been Named, But The Objects Will Be Determined During The Course Of The Contract. The Customer Can Have Part Or All Of The Stone Work Done By Another Contractor. Based On The Competition, One Contractor Will Be Selected As The Supplier For The Framework Arrangement. The Contractor Must Be Available Every Week Between 1 May And 31 October. The Contract Period Is 01 May 2026 - 31 December 2027. The Possible Option Years Are From 1 May 2028 To 31 December 2028 And 1 May 2029 To 31 December 2029. In Such Cases, Another Main Contractor In A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Acts As The Main Contractor. The Paving Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Regulations And Obligations Related To The Work Safety And Implementation Schedule Of The Main Contractor Of The Project In The Order Required By The Main Contract.
