The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For Ordering Construction And Repair Works Of Real Estate Owned By The City Of Tartu. The Subject Of The Procurement Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is Construction And Repair Work In Administrative, Residential And Educational Buildings And Facilities Managed By The Urban Assets Department Of The Tartu City Government. In Order To Carry Out The Construction Work That Is The Subject Of This Public Procurement Tender, A Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded In Each Part Of The Public Procurement With The Tenderer Who Submitted The Best Tender According To The Evaluation Criteria, Without Holding A Mini-Auction. In Order To Conclude All Future Procurement Contracts On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Mini-Tenders Are Organized Between The Bidders Who Are Parties To The Framework Agreement.
