The Object Of The Procurement Is To Carry Out A Study, The Objectives Of Which Are:• To Find Out The Requirements For The Provision Of Accommodation Services In Local Governments Arising From The Law (Including Regulations, Municipal Level Legislation, Etc.) And/Or Service Descriptions; • Assess How The Provision Of Accommodation Services Is Organized In Local Governments And What Are The Possibilities For Providing Accommodation To The Target Group Of Ntk And Ik Service; • Map What Are The Bottlenecks Of Local Government Accommodation Options And What Are The Development Needs; • Find Out Whether And Under What Conditions It Is Possible For Ska To Use The Existing Accommodation Capacity Of Local Governments To Provide Temporary Safe Accommodation To Target Groups Of Ntk And Ik Service; • Identify Possible Cooperation Models To Ensure Accommodation Capacity And Offer Recommendations For The Availability Of Accommodation And To Improve Sustainability For The Target Group Of Ntk And Ik Services.
