The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Ordering Of Installation, Maintenance And Repair Services For Various Public Space Objects (Urban Furniture, Trash Cans, Gardens And Gates, Fences, Flower Boxes, Streets, Green Areas, Etc.). The List Of Services Not To Be Ordered Is Given In The Basic Public Procurement Document Technical Description. As A Result Of The Procurement, A Framework Contract Is Concluded With Two Bidders, Between Whom Mini-Tenders Are Conducted To Fulfill The Order For A Specific Work. The Provider Offers A Price Per Working Hour Of The Service, Which Is Valid Throughout The Validity Of The Framework Agreement. In Mini-Tenders, The Total Cost Of A Specific Order Is Offered (I.E. The Number Of Working Hours And Additional Costs Of Materials, Tools, Etc.). The Framework Contract Is Valid From The Time It Is Concluded Until 31.12.2027 Or Until The Maximum Financial Volume Of The Framework Contract Of 80,000 Euros Is Paid In Vat, If It Arrives Earlier.
