Roof - Replacement Of The Covering. - Dismantling Of The Roof Covering And Roof Cladding As Well As All Sheet Metal Workings, - Replacement Of Corroded Roof Elements (Sheathing), - Impregnation Of All Wood On The Roof With Salt, - Preliminary Covering Of The Roof With A Vapor-Permeable Foil, - Execution Of New Counter-Battens And Patches, - Execution Of A New Roof Covering With Ceramic Tiles - Middle Roof Tile, Red Dutch Type, Natural By Röben Or Equivalent, - Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings From Titanium-Zinc Sheet, - Construction Of New Gutters And Downpipes From Titanium-Zinc Sheet.2. Roof Insulationthe Sloping Roof Is Planned To Be Insulated With Mineral Wool. 20Cm (Λ=0.038 W/Mk) - 12Cm Between The Rafters And 8Cm Below The Rafters. A Vapor-Permeable Roof Foil Should Be Placed Above The Mineral Wool. The Insulation Layer Under The Rafters Is Supported By A Steel System Grate. Thermal Insulation From The Inside Should Be Protected With A Vapor Barrier Foil. All Wooden Elements Of The Roof Truss Should Be Impregnated With An Agent Protecting Against Corrosion, Insects And The Spread Of Fire To The Nro Level. Repair Of Wall And Slant Elements Made Of Plasterboard, Including Filling And Painting.
