Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sst) - The Above-Mentioned Documents Constitute Annexes To The Swz And Constitute A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).4.3. The Ordering Party Attaches Its Bills Of Quantities To The Swz, But Only As Auxiliary Material. Due To The Adopted Form Of Lump Sum Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
