The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Cladding And Roof Structure Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With A Service Part At Ul. 1 Maja 48 In Żyrardów And Renovation Of Ventilation Chimneys, Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Lightning Protection Installation. The Building Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Located In An Area Under Conservation Protection. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Extend The Warranty Period To 48 Or 60 Months. Extending The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Detailed Scope Of Work Includes: 1. Design Documentation (Appendix No. 7 To Swz), Which Consists Of: 1) Architectural And Construction Design 2) Bill Of Quantities 2. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
