Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting Classes To Equalize Educational Opportunities - Learning Assistance

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Social Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Classes To Equalize Educational Opportunities - Learning Assistance For 67 Children In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Project Implemented By The District Family Assistance Center In Zduńska Wola Entitled: There Is Power In The Family Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For 2021-2027 Under Priority: 7 “European Funds For Employment And Integration In The Łódź Region” Feld Measure .07.12 “Services For The Family” 2. The Aim Of Learning Assistance Is To Fully Understand And Consolidate The Thematic Material From A Selected Subject And To Develop Special Work Methods For 67 People Who Have Problems With Mastering The Material.3. Duration Of Tutoring - Starting Tutoring No Later Than 2 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until June 30, 2026. One Teaching Hour Is 1 Clock Hour. At Least 1 Hour Of Lessons Per Week Is Planned For Each Participant, Subject To The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Participants Taking Part In Tutoring.4. Tutoring Is For English: 1,675 Hours5. The Project Participants, Assigned To Participate In Tutoring, Attend Schools Such As: Primary And Secondary Schools. Among The Participants Taking Part In Tutoring There Are Also Disabled People.6. As Part Of The Tutoring, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Compensate For Educational Deficiencies And Repeat The Material From School Classes.7. The Ordering Party Requires: 1) Adaptation Of The Teaching Program For Each Tutoring Participant, Taking Into Account The Level Of Knowledge In A Given Subject. 2) Providing Tutoring Staff With Appropriate Qualifications To Conduct Tutoring, I.E. Having: - Qualifications Required For English Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Education And Science Of September 14, 2023 On Detailed Qualifications Required From Teachers (Journal Of Laws, Item 2102), - People Studying At A University In The 4Th Or 5Th Year Of Major Studies In The Field Of Philology English;8. Conducting Tutoring At The Project Participants Place Of Residence And Remotely At Hours Agreed With The Participants. The Project Participants Live In The Zduńska Wola District. Remote Tutoring Will Be Provided To Participants In Accordance With The List Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. The List Will Be Provided On The Day The Contract Is Concluded. 9. Tutoring Is To Be Conducted On Working Days At Times That Do Not Conflict With School Classes (Working Days Should Be Treated As Days From Monday To Friday Inclusive) And On Saturdays Or Sundays, With The Proviso That Tutoring May Be Conducted On Saturday And/Or Sunday, After Obtaining The Written Consent Of The Legal Guardian Of The Tutoring Participant. The List Of Tutoring Participants On Saturdays And/Or Sundays Will Be Provided To The Contractor. Tutoring Will Be Provided On Weekdays From 8:00 A.M. To
