1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Cleaning Products, Household Chemicals And Hygiene Products).2. Detailed Scope Of The Order: Successive Delivery Of Cleaning Products, Hygiene Products And Household Chemicals For The Needs Of The Piłka-Zamyślin Social Welfare Home, Piłka Branch And Zamyślin Branch. The Assortment And Quantity List Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. The Supplier Acknowledges That The Quantities Given In Annex 1 To The Swz Are Estimated Quantities. If A Smaller Quantity Is Purchased, The Supplier Will Not Claim The Right To Purchase The Remaining Part Of The Product Range, Subject To The Provisions Of The Contract. The Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Purchased Periodically, In Batches, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver These Products Between 7 A.M. And 2 P.M., Within 2 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail. The Goods Must Be Brand New, Approved For Trading In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Approvals, Legal Regulations And Expiry Date. The Goods Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Have A Minimum Expiry Date Of 12 Months. The Goods Must Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original, Intact Packaging. Offered Products That Are Hazardous Substances Or Chemical Preparations Marked With A Hazard Mark Must Have Current Safety Data Sheets In Polish. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Current Safety Data Sheets For The Offered Products On The Day Of Signing The Contract. All Cleaning Products Must Have Labels In Polish Along With Instructions For Use And Safety Of Their Use And Their Expiration Date. Unit Packaging Must Have Closures That Guarantee Its Full Tightness Before And After Repeated Opening. All Trade Names Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Intended To Indicate The Type Of Assortment. The Contractor/Supplier May Offer Equivalent Products, With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding A Supplementary Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers.
