Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Contractor Providing Parent Coaching Services For Participants Of The Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support Project

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of 250 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes) Of Parental Coaching For Adoptive Parents Who Are Participants Of The Project Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support.2. The Coaching Participants Will Be Adoptive Parents Living In The Silesian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For The Recruitment Of Participants.3. The Meetings Are To Be Held From Monday To Sunday, At Times Agreed By The Contractor With The Coaching Participants And The Ordering Party. 4. The Service Will Be Provided Remotely Using An Appropriate Online Platform Adapted To Conduct This Type Of Classes. Participation In Meetings On The Platform Should Be Possible Via A Desktop Computer, Laptop, Tablet Or Internet-Connected Tv That Supports Basic Web Browsers Via An Internet Connection. 5. The Aim Of The Coaching Will Be To Support Adoptive Parents In The Process Of Raising A Child By Strengthening Parental Competences And Increasing Their Educational Resources. During The Sessions, Carried Out As Individual Meetings, In Pairs Or With The Participation Of The Child/Children, Tools And Skills Will Be Developed To Improve The Quality Of Mutual Relationships, As Well As Increasing The Childs Ability To Extract The Resources And Recognize His Or Her Strengths. The Service Will Include, Among Others: The Following Areas Of Development Of Parental Competences: A. Dealing With Difficult Emotions In Relationships With The Child; B. Strengthening Family Ties;C. Improving Communication Between Parent And Child; D. Increasing Self-Confidence As A Parent And Awareness Of Ones Own Resources; E. Strengthening The Ability To Set Common Goals In The Child-Parent Relationship; F. Acquiring The Ability To Apply Mindfulness Techniques In Family Life; G. Strengthening The Childs Ability To Develop Proper Self-Esteem And Good Self-Esteem.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Teaching Hours Of Parent Coaching By A Maximum Of 60% (I.E. Up To 100 Teaching Hours). The Service Will Then Be Settled According To The Actual Number Of Hours Performed, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Regard. 7. The Contractors Tasks Will In Particular Include: A. Conducting Parent Coaching For Adoptive Parents On Dates Previously Agreed By E-Mail Or Telephone, B. Providing All Tools And Materials Necessary To Conduct Coaching;C. Providing An Internet Platform For The Execution Of The Order Adapted To Conduct Online Meetings. D. Providing Participants Registered For Consultations With A Password/Link Enabling Them To Log In To The Appropriate Online Platform.E. Maintaining Documentation Of Activities Carried Out, Including A List Confirming Participants Participation In Counseling, Along With The Date And Number Of Hours Completed, As Well As Screenshots Confirming Participation In Support, F. Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Current Guidelines On The Eligibility Of Expenditure For 20
