1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Order: Renovation Of Bathrooms In The School Complex. Prof. Romana Gostkowski In Łazy.2.The Scope Of The Investment Is To Carry Out Renovation Works In Three Sanitary Rooms, And The Works In Each Of The Bathrooms Will Consist In: 1) Demolition Works: Dismantling A Solid Wall With A Thickness Of ½ Brick, Dismantling Ceramic Tile Floors, Dismantling The Wall Lining Made Of Tiles, Removing Rubble, Digging Vertical Grooves, Replacing The 2-Way Valve, Dismantling Existing Sanitary Equipment;2) Installation Works: Disassembly Of The Steel Pipeline, Insertion Of A Globe Valve, Installation Of Pipelines Made Of Pvc Pipes, Installation Of Washbasins, Toilets With A Flushing Device, Replacement Of A Radiator, Delivery And Installation Of A Boiler, Replacement Of The Electrical Installation - Sockets And Lighting Along With Forging Furrows;3) Finishing Works: Facing Walls And Floors With Tiles, Gypsum Board Cladding On Grids Metal, Double Painting And Priming Gypsum Substrates With Emulsion Paint, Replacement Of Lighting, Delivery And Installation Of Internal Bathroom Doors; 4) Delivery Of Equipment: Hpl System Walls, Delivery And Installation Of Mirrors And Soap Containers. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Arrange And Mark The Construction Site And Properly Secure It And Ensure Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Measures; 2) Perform Security And Reconstruction Works, In Accordance With Correct Technology For Performing Works; 3) Performing All Accompanying Works In Accordance With The Correct Technology For Performing Works; 4) Repairing And Restoring To Their Original Condition, At Their Own Expense, Any Destruction Or Damage To Equipment Or Existing Networks That Occurs During The Execution Of The Order; 5) Reporting To The Ordering Party Or The Investors Supervision Inspector Designated By The Ordering Party Of Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing; 6) Ensuring Authorized Supervision And Supervision, As Well As Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions;7) Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage From The Construction Site On An Ongoing Basis;8) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And Handing It Over To The Employer No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance;9) Restoring The Area After The Works To At Least Its Original Condition (Unless Special Arrangements Require A Larger Scope Of Restoration);10) Transporting And Disposing Of Materials That Are Not Suitable For Re-Use;11) Ensuring The Protection Of The Facility In The Event That The Works Will Cause It To Be Opened In Any Way; 12) Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Circumstances That May Affect The Quality And Completion Date Of The Works, Under Pain Of Recognizing That These Circumstances Are Irrelevant To The Failure To Meet The Deadline; 13) Perform Other Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 14) Provid
