Part I - Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate 4-31.5 Mm For Road Bases In The Mszczonów Commune In 2026: 1.1 The Subject Of The Order In Part I Includes: A) Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate For Basic Bases - Dolomites From The Devonian Period. B) Aggregate Fraction: 4-31.5 Mm. C) Quantity: Maximum 3,000 Tons, Not Less Than 1,500 Tons.D) This Aggregate Must Meet The Pn-En 13043:2004/Ap1:2010 Or Pn-En 13242+A1:2010 Standard (Or Equivalent Standards).E) This Aggregate Will Be Used For Renovation Of Existing Crushed Stone Surfaces And For The Construction Of Road Substructures, Which Will Initially Serve As Surfaces. F) Required Material Color: White Or Gray. Due To The Use, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Pink Or Orange Material With Significant Admixtures Of Iron And Magnesium Oxide. 1.2 Delivery Method: A) Deliveries Are To Be Made To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Mszczonów Commune. B) Deliveries Are To Be Made On Business Days At 7.00-14.00.C) Each Single Transport Requested By The Ordering Party Will Include Only Full Loading Of A Vehicle With A Capacity Of Min. 24 Tons, However, Due To The Need For The Contractor To Travel To The Indicated Location On Dirt Roads, In The Case Of A Load Capacity Of 24 Tons And Higher, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree The Access Route With The Ordering Party Each Time. D) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have At Least 4 Vehicles For Transporting Material, So That The Ordering Party Can Receive 4 Full Loads Of Vehicles At One Time (In One Business Day) To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Mszczonów Commune. E) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach To Each Delivered Batch Of Material A Document (E.G. A Printout From An Electronic Scale Certified By The Contractor) Specifying Its Type And Weight. This Document Must Confirm The Actual Situation, I.E. The Type And Weight Of The Delivered Material.1.3 Delivery Time Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum And Maximum Delivery Time. The Delivery Time Will Be Binding For The Entire Duration Of The Order And Will Not Be Subject To Change.
