Modernization Of Municipal Roads With Jomb Slabs. As Part Of The Task, Surfaces Should Be Made Of Jomb Slabs On A Sand Ballast, With Troughing And Surveying Services. The Value Of The Planned Works Covered By The Basic Order Was Estimated At Pln 225,000.00 Gross. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Minimum Scope Of The Order In The Amount Of 30% Of The Estimated Value Of The Basic Order. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Maximum Scope Of The Option Will Be 100% Of The Basic Order. Contractors Are Asked To Quote The Following Items: 1) 1 M2 Of Jomb Concrete Slab Surfaces, 2) Renovation Of The Road Surface Made Of Jomb Concrete Slabs - Replacement Of The Slabs With New Ones - 1 M2, 3) Renovation Of The Jomb Slab Surface - Slabs From Demolition - 1 M2,4) 1 M2 Of Jomb Slab Surface - Slabs From Demolition, 5) 1 M2 Of Drainage Layer - For Each Additional 1 Cm Of Thickness, 6) 1 Meter Of New Concrete Curb With A Footing With Resistance, 7) Demolition Of The Road Surface Made Of Jomb Concrete Slabs - 1 M2. All Works Listed Above In Points 1) - 7) Will Be Settled As-Built In Accordance With Current Demand At Prices Units. The Above Scope Includes Both The Basic Scope And The Optional Scope Of The Order. It Is Reserved That The Option Right (Optional Scope Of The Order) Does Not Constitute A Contractual (Including Financial) Obligation Of The Ordering Party Incurred At The Time Of Concluding The Order Agreement, And The Expected Optional Scope Of The Order Is Not Guaranteed To Be Implemented. The Above-Mentioned Scope Covered By The Option Right Is Provided For In The Event Of The Existence Of Appropriate Financial Capabilities On The Part Of The Ordering Party In The Context Of The Implementation Of This Scope Of Work And The Recognition Of The Need To Perform Them (I.E. Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party). The Ordering Party Will Decide On The Possibility And Willingness To Exercise The Reserved Option Right In Accordance With The Demand And Financial Capabilities.
