The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Disposable Medical Materials For The Cytogenetics And Molecular Biology Laboratory According To 3 Packages, In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1A To This Specification.2. Validity/Warranty Period Of The Subject Of The Order: Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask The Contractor, At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Offers, To Provide Samples Of The Offered Subject Of The Order In Order To Test And Check Them. 4. In The Event Of Offering New Products Not Yet Used By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Train The Ordering Partys Staff Free Of Charge At The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Kraków, Os. Złota Jesieni 1), No Later Than 30 Days From Signing The Contract, Culminating In The Issuance Of Personal Certificates Confirming The Employees Participation In The Training. The Date, Number Of Training Sessions And The Number Of The Ordering Partys Employees To Be Trained - To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Will Immediately (Up To 5 Business Days After The Training) Submit To The Registration Journal Of The Specialist Hospital. Ludwik Rydygier Attendance List From The Training, With Signatures Of Trained Users Confirming Their Actual Presence At The Training.6. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
