Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of An Extruder For The Production Of Lldpe / Ldpe Film.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Along With The Assembly Of A Technological Device For The Production Of Lldpe Or Ldpe Film Of At Least Two Layers, Adapted To Work On Regranulate, Specified And Described In The Order Documents (Hereinafter: Extruder For Film Production). The Order Includes: 1) Implementation By The Contractor Of All Activities That Will Lead To The Contractor Providing The Ordering Party With An Extruder That Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular In Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Draft Contractual Provisions (The Contractor Does Not Have To Be The Manufacturer Or Official Distributor [Dealer] Of The Extruder); 2) The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With An Extruder That Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents As Above; 3) Transfer Of The Ownership Rights To The Device To Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością With Its Registered Office In Marszów Upon Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments, But No Later Than The Date Specified In § 2 Section 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 4) Implementation Of Warranty And Service Obligations; 5) Implementation Of Other Obligations Specified In The Order Documents. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Also An Integral Part Of The Contract.
