Cpv 80340000-9 Special Education Services85140000-2 Various Services In The Field Of Health The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include: 1) Diagnosing Problems, 2) Conducting Classes To Improve Communication And C-Eye Attention, 3) Keeping Documentation, Including: Specialists Work Card, Work Card With The Client, 4) Keeping A Register Of Admitted Persons, 5) Carrying Out The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence, 6) Supervising Correct Implementation Of This Order, 7) Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Schedule, 8) Submitting By The 5Th Day Of The Month A Summary Of The Therapy Provided, Taking Into Account: The Number Of Hours Allocated To The Service And The Number Of People Who Used It, 9) If Necessary - Cooperation With Other Institutions And Entities.
