Hiring Of A Company Specialized In Advice, Consultancy And Practical Administrative Support, To Work Together With The Municipal Department Of Agriculture And Environment Of The City Of Ervália-Mg. The Scope Of Services Covers Support In The Preparation Of Processes For Contracting And Acquisition Of Goods And Services With The Effective Preparation Of Demand Descriptions; Monitoring The Execution Of Projects And Public Policies In The Agricultural And Environmental Areas, With A Special Focus On Actions Relating To The Environmental Protection Area (Apa) And Urban Solid Waste (Rsu); Support In Fundraising From Higher Bodies (State And Federal); Support For The Secretary In Actions Related To Expanding Icms Receipt; Monitoring Meetings With Politicians And Sector Authorities; Support In Budget Execution – Multi-Year Plan, Including Spending Monitoring; In Addition To Administrative Support Services Such As Document Preparation, Attendance And Typing Of Secretariat Files. The Provision Of Services Will Occur Through In-Person Visits To The Secretariats Premises, Comprising At Least 2 (Two) Visits Per Week, In Addition To Providing Remote Consultancy And Advice Via Landline, Mobile, E-Mail And Whatsapp, During Business Hours From Monday To Saturday To Resolve Any Queries, Information And/Or Clarifications That May Be Necessary From The Municipal Secretariat Of Agriculture Of The Municipality. A. You Must Also Understand Participation In Events, Meetings, In This Municipality Or Outside It, Whenever Necessary, Regardless Of The Day And Time, Which May Be On Business Days Or Not, As Well As During Business Hours Or Not, Including On Holidays And Weekends. All Expenses Related To The Travel Of Technical Professionals, Daily Allowances, Accommodation, Food, Among Other Necessary Expenses, Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
