The Object Of This Purchase Consists In The Design And Execution Of Parapet-Type Road Safety Elements On The Roads Located In The Port Of Constanța (North, South And Midia Area) In Compliance With The Minimum Technical Conditions Mentioned In Specifications No. 50165/30.12.2025. The Activities, Investigations, Design Services, Analyses, Evaluations, Studies That The Bidder Will Carry Out, In Order To Develop The Project, Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To, The Services Presented Below And Which Are Described As Follows: Topographic Survey: For The Optimal Route Solution Identified By The Provider And Approved By The Beneficiary, Detailed Field Investigations Will Be Carried Out, Which Will Ensure A High Degree Of Accuracy Necessary For The Establishment Of Technical Solutions, In Order To Minimize And / Or Eliminate The Risks Of Related Land (Geotechnical, Archaeological, Hydrological, Topographical, Utilities, Etc.). Geotechnical Study: The Geotechnical Study Including Plans With The Location Of Surveys / Boreholes, Complex Sheets With The Results Of Laboratory Determinations, The Level Of Underground Water, The Geotechnical Report With Recommendations For Foundations And Consolidations. The Design And Execution Works For The Objective Design And Execution Of Parapet-Type Road Safety Elements On The Roads Located In The Port Of C-Ța (North, South And Midia Area), Are Structured In Stages, As Follows (The List Is Not Exhaustive): Design Works: A) Development Of The Technical Expertise Regarding The Evaluation Of The Current State Of The Existing Road Safety Elements; - Identification Of High-Risk Areas: • Terrain Analysis (Dangerous Curves, Level Differences, Areas With Heavy Traffic). - Analysis Of Road Incidents In The Area, If Any: • Collection And Interpretation Of Data (In The Last Three Years). - Recommendations Regarding The Type Of Road Safety Elements Required: • Types Of Parapets (Metal Parapet, Concrete Parapet, Flexible, Etc.); • Location. B) Elaboration Of The Documentation For Obtaining The Urban Planning Certificate From The Local Authorities, According To The Legislation In Force And Presenting It To The Cte Commission For Approval; C) Elaboration Of The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals And Agreements Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate And The Approval From The Ministry Of Transport, In Order To Obtain The Construction Authorization; D) Elaboration Of The Documentation For The Approval Of Intervention Works (D.A.L.I.), After Obtaining The Above Approvals And Agreements, According To The Legislation In Force And Presenting It To The Cte Commission For Approval; E) Elaboration Of The Documentation For Obtaining The Construction Authorization (D.T.A.C.), And Its Presentation To The Cte Commission For Approval; F) Elaboration Of The Technical Execution Project (P.T.+C.S.+ D.D.E. Phase) And Its Presentation To The Cte Commission For Approval; The Approval Of The Documentation And The Issuance Of Cte Notices Related To The Above Phases Will Be Done By The C.T.E. Commission.
