The Purpose Of This Call For Tenders Is A Single-Awarded Framework Contract Over Two (2) Years, Extendable By One (1) Year. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Carry Out Small Civil Engineering Works Within Creos Luxembourgs High Voltage (Ht) Transformer Stations, Inside The Buildings As Well As Outside And Around Them. These Are One-Off And Targeted Interventions: Local Repairs And Repairs (Concrete, Masonry, Slabs, Gutters), Stabilization Of Soils And Embankments, Small Foundations And Anchors (Metal Structures), Drainage, Management Of Damp Spots, Limited Demolitions With Controlled Evacuation, Repairs To Seals, Restoration Of Edges And Coverings.
