Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Aircraft And Other Equipment – Replacement Of L 410 Aircraft Engine Bearings. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Engine Bearings Of Two L 410 (Turbolet) Aircraft - In Accordance With The List Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Contractor Will Collect The Renovation Equipment From The Ordering Party And Deliver It To The Ordering Party After The Renovation. Engines For The Air Base Of The 1St Aviation Department Of The Border Guard Aviation Office Based In Gdańsk (80-298 Gdańsk, Ul. Szybowcowa 39). 3. After The Renovation, For Each Engine Included In The Set Covered By The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: 1) Easa Form 1 Or An Equivalent Document For The Work Performed, In Accordance With Point M.A.501 Of Annex I Part M To Commission Regulation (Eu) No 1321/2014 Of 26 November 2014 On The Continuing Airworthiness Of Aircraft And Aeronautical Products, Parts And Appliances, As Well As On The Approvals Granted To Organizations And Personnel Engaged In Such Tasks (As Amended) Issued By The Part 145 Organization With The Scope Of Approval Appropriate For This Type Of Performance Works; 2) Technical Documentation Of The Engine With Appropriate Annotation About The Work Carried Out - Prepared By The Above-Mentioned Part 145 Organization. 4. The Minimum Required Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects For Each Engine Is 6 Months Or 300 Cycles Or 300 Flight Hours (In The Air), Whichever Comes First. The Warranty And Warranty For Defects For Each Engine Begins From The Date Of Signing By Both Parties Of The Handover/Acceptance Protocol Of The Set/Set Of Engines With The Annotation No Comments. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 5. Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Included In Annexes No. 1 And No. 3 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Selected During The Public Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
