The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Purchase By Uliège Of Natural Gas For The Periods 2028 – 2029 For All The Sites Of The University Of Liège And The Esa, Details Of The Various Sites Of Which Are Attached In The Appendix, In Accordance With The Technical Clauses Of These Special Specifications. Reference Volumes: The Supply Of Natural Gas For All Entities, At The Various Sampling Points Specified In The Special Specifications – Reference Volume Of 54.3 Gwh/Year • Item 1: Supply Of Natural Gas 2028-2029 Amr/Mmr Sites (49.8 Gwh/Year) • Item 2: Supply Of Natural Gas 2028-2029 Ymr Sites (4.5 Gwh/Year) The Reference Volumes Are Aggregated Between All Entities And Have Been Established Based On 2025 Consumption And Consumption Projections For 2028 – 2029. Historical Consumption For The Last Twelve Months Appears In Appendix E. The Comparison Of Offers Is Made On The Basis Of The Reference Volumes, Namely 49.8 Gwh Per Year For Item 1 And 4.5 Gwh For Item 2. The List Mentioned Below Lists The Services Associated With The Supply Of Gas: - Provision Of Copies Of Invoices Issued, In Pdf Format Sent Each Month To The Contracting Authority And Its Consultant. - Sending To The Contracting Authority, Within 10 Calendar Days Of The Request, All Information Related To Energy Consumption And Its Cost, In Usable Form (Excel Type). Among This Information (Non-Exhaustive List): O Hourly Load Profiles For Amr Sites; O 12-Month Consumption Data (Monthly Details) For Each Site; O Amounts Invoiced, Separating Energy From Its Transport, Distribution And Taxes. The List Mentioned Below Lists The Mandatory Services That The Successful Bidder Must Provide Throughout The Duration Of The Contract: 1. The Transfer Of Periodic Information (On A Monthly Basis) Relating To Invoicing And Consumption Monitoring. If The Supplier Is Technically Capable, Access To This Information Via A Web Platform Will Be Available In Addition. Under No Circumstances Will The Web Platform Be Able To Replace The Transfer Made By The Successful Bidder. This Is Information Relating To Monthly Energy Consumption And Their Costs, In An Easily Usable Format (Excel Type): • The Address, The Ean Code, And Possibly The Number Of Each Meter. • Detailed Monthly Consumption For Each Amr And Mmr Site And Annual For Ymr Sites. • Details Of The (Quarter-)Time Curves For The Sites Remotely Read (Once A Year) • Consumptions For Each Natural Gas Site (Once A Year) As Well As The Meter Indexes, Provided That The Successful Bidder Has Them • Details Of The Costs Invoiced Monthly, Distinguishing The Part Relating To Supply, Transport And Distribution (At The Same Time As The Consumption Data).
