This Market Consultation Is Carried Out By Youth Region Een 10 For Youth (Hereinafter 10Vdj). This Is A Partnership Of Eleven Municipalities In Southeast Brabant, These Are: Helmond, The Peel Municipalities (Deurne, Someren, Asten, Gemert-Bakel And Laarbeek), The Dommelvallei+ (Nuenen, Son En Breugel, Waalre And Geldrop-Mierlo) And Veldhoven. The Municipalities Involved Have Jointly Decided Not To Extend The Current Agreements As Of January 1, 2028, But To Start A New Tender. This Choice Arises From The Desire To Make Substantial Changes To The Agreements And Their Appendices. The New Tender Focuses On Specialist Youth Care. Based On The Youth Act And Additional Regulations, Municipalities Are Responsible For Providing Support, Help And Care To Young People Up To The Age Of 23 Who Depend On This To Participate In Society And Develop Independently. The Specialist Youth Care That Is Now Being Contracted Is Part Of This Legal Assignment.
