This Contract Aims, On The One Hand, At The Execution Of Fixed-Rate Brigade Services (Item 1) In The Field Of Catering Which Consist Of The Execution Of Operational Tasks Including The Implementation, Preparation And Production Of Dishes And Menus In Support Of Existing Teams In The Management Of Self-Services And Cafeterias, And On The Other Hand At The Execution Of Full Management Type Services (Item 2) Having As Their Object Management (Staff Supervision, Inventory And Cost Management, Planning Of Menus, Etc.) And Operation (The Establishment, Preparation Of Meals, Creation Of Dishes And Menus, Reception Of Users As Well As The Resolution Of Various Field Problems) Of The Catering Infrastructures And Associated Services In Ec Buildings. These Services Also Include The “Drinks & Meetings” Service And The “Banqueting” Service.
