Home-Help Services – Provision Of Home Help. The Ordering Party Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement With One Private Supplier For The Delivery Of Holistic Care, Cf. § 5, 9, 10, 11 Of The Elderly Act, Which Includes Personal Help And Care, Help Or Support For Necessary Practical Tasks, Etc. At Home, As Well As Rehabilitation Of Physical Disability Caused By Illness That Is Not Treated In Connection With Hospitalisation. Laundry And Shopping Services Are Included In This. Relief And Relief At Home, Cf. Section 16 Of The Elderly Act, Is Also Part Of The Offer. In Addition, The Services Are, Cf. The Service Act § 83, Subsection 1, No. 1-2, § 83A, As Well As Replacement And Relief According To § 84 Included In This Tender. The Offer Also Includes Delegated Nursing Services In Accordance With The Health Act. For A Further Description Of The Requested Services, Please Refer To Appendix 1, Specification Of Requirements. The Contract Is Offered With A View To Entering Into An Agreement With One Private Supplier. Citizens In Egedal Municipality, In Accordance With The Service Act And The Elderly Acts Provision On Free Choice, Have The Opportunity To Choose Between Two Suppliers Of Home Care. In Egedal Municipality, This Is Supported By Offering Home Help With The Municipal Supplier Or One Private Supplier. The Purpose Of The Tender Is Thus To Provide The Citizen With Free Choice. That The Citizen Has A Right To Free Choice According To Section 91 Of The Services Act And Section 18 Of The Elderly Act Thus Also Means That The Citizen Has A Right To Opt Out Of The Private Supplier Either In Connection With A Search Or At A Later Stage By Switching. The Supplier Is Therefore Not Guaranteed A Certain Minimum Turnover During The Contract Period. The Citizen Also Has A Right To Choose The Private Supplier And The Contract Thus Contains An Obligation To Deliver Efforts To The Citizens Who May Choose The Supplier.
