The Scope Of Construction Supervision Activities During Construction Is According To Art. 168 Of The Zut, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Site Is Put Into Operation. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 And Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut. Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Projects And Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Conformity Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria.
