The Career Check Includes At Least: - Information On The Professional Activities In Question And Their Requirements - Taking Into Account The Participants Interests, Abilities And Skills - Personal Profile Of The Participant - Development Of Three Development Perspectives And Suitable Careers, Taking Into Account The Regional Funding Offers - Review Of The Activity Decision Made - Acquisition Of Company Training Places - Support For Participants In Their Own Search For Training And Internship Places, - Assisted Placement, - Information On Financial Support Services And Offers In Coordination With The Responsible Cost Bearer - Mandatory Company Visits - Participation In Job And Training Fairs - Presentation Of New Job Profiles - Addressing Gender-Atypical Jobs - Knowledge Of The Training Market Improvement Of Key Competencies Key Competencies Are To Be Developed And Strengthened As Interdisciplinary Competencies.
