The Services Covered By These Contracts Will Be Carried Out According To The Conditions And According To The Modalities Provided For In The C.C.T.P And The C.C.A.P. In Accordance With Articles L2125-1 And R2191-17 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, This Consultation Concerns The Establishment Of A “Multi-Awardee (Maximum 3 Economic Operators)” Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. The Framework Agreement Is Processed At Unit Prices (Article R2112-6 1°), In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R2162-1 Et Seq.
