Joinery And Carpentry Installation Work – Wey 6H F2: Exterior Carpentry. The Object Of This Assignment Concerns The Installation Of Exterior Carpentry Of A Group Home For People With Disabilities. The Group Home Consists Of: - 20 Separate Rooms - 2 Living Areas - A Multi-Purpose Room - Various Areas Such As Storage Rooms, Communal Bathrooms And Sanitary Facilities And The Like To Support The Operation. Part Of The Building Has A Basement For The Necessary Technical Installations. The Total Project Concerns Two Group Homes As Described Above. The Homes Will Be Completed In Two Phases By Means Of A Repeat Order. A Repeat Contract Means That The Contracting Authority May Award A New Works Contract, Which Consists Of The Repetition Of Similar Works Or Services, Directly To The Contractor Of The Original Contract.
