The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Introduction Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) For The Awarding Of Public Contracts For The Supply Of Medical Devices, Nursing Materials And Personal Protective Equipment For Medical Professionals, According To The Needs Of The Pilsen University Hospital. These Are Mainly Supplies Of Infusion, Injection And Sampling Materials, Materials For Oxygen And Inhalation Therapy, Nursing And Dressing Materials, Gauze And Non-Woven Textile Products, Personal Protective Equipment, Barrier Material, Masks And Accessories, Drainage And Suction Systems, Urological Consumables (E.G. Tubes, Urine Bags), Hygiene, Washing And Cosmetic Products. Dynamic Purchasing System Means A Fully Electronic, Open System For Routine Purchases Of Supplies And Services Within The Meaning Of § 138 Et Seq. Of The Law. The Aim Of The Contracting Authority Is To Have A Wide Range Of Suppliers Who Will Be Invited To Submit Bids For The Implementation Of Partial Public Contracts And Thus Ensure, For The Duration Of The Dns, The Continuous Awarding Of Public Contracts For The Requested Supplies In Order To Ensure The Maximum Efficiency Of The Funds Spent And The Reliability Of The Supplies Implemented. Dns Will Be In Place Indefinitely. Awarding Of Public Contracts Within The Dns Awarding Of Public Contracts In The Dns Is Governed By The Provisions Of Section 141 Of The Act. The Contracting Authority Shall Notify All Suppliers Included In The Dns Of Its Intention To Award A Public Contract By Means Of An Invitation To Submit A Bid For A Public Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 141, Paragraphs 1 And 2 Of The Act. The Invitation To Submit An Offer Will Contain A Specification Of The Required Performance, Business Terms And Other Information Defined By Law. When Awarding A Public Contract Within The Dns, The Supplier No Longer Proves The Fulfillment Of The Qualification, With The Exception Of The Requirement To Submit An Affidavit, Or A Change Of Qualification According To § 141, Paragraph 2 Of The Act. The Mere Inclusion In Dns Does Not Entitle The Supplier To Any Performance, And All Performance Will Be Provided By The Supplier Towards The Client Only On The Basis Of A Public Order Entered In Dns. The Introduction Of The Dns As Well As The Individual Orders Placed In The Dns Will Be Implemented Through The Tender Arena Electronic Tool.
