Refuse Transport Services – Street Litter. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Collection And Use Of Services, Or The Removal Of Street Litter Created During The Cleaning And Maintenance Of Roads. This Is The Following Category O Waste: Item No. 20 03 03 Street Litter. The Expected Production Of Waste Is Approx. 1,800 T/Year, While The Participant Must Have Sufficient Capacity To Receive This Expected Production. Transport To The Waste Management Facility Is Not The Subject Of This Public Contract, The Client (Customer) Provides Transport With Its Own Vehicle Fleet. For This Reason, With Regard To The Environmental Responsibility Of The Client, A Maximum Is Set Permitted Driving Distance (Time), For A Maximum Of 40 Minutes By Truck. The Distance (Time) Of A Maximum Of 40 Minutes Is The Driving Distance, I.E. It Is Not The Distance Determined As The Crow Flies, But The Time That The Vehicle Must Travel By Road From The Contractors Premises, Located At Porážka 459/2, 602 00 Brno, To The Location Of The Equipment For Receiving And Using The Waste In Question, I.E. The Place Of Unloading Of Waste, Which Is Specified In The Contract. The Time Will Be Measured In The Mode Fast Route Does Not Take Into Account Traffic And Without Excluding Paid Sections. This Condition Is Defined In More Detail In Article Xii Of The Procurement Documentation.
