The Object Of The Procurement Is The Property Maintenance Services Of Helen Oy (Hereafter Procurement Unit) In Accordance With Appendix 1 Project Description. The Initial Duration Of The Service Contract Is 4+1+1 Years. The Chosen Partner Is Responsible For The Property Maintenance, Property Maintenance And Minor Repair Work Of Helens Property Portfolio, As Well As Providing A Standby Property Maintenance Service Outside Of Normal Working Hours. The Future Service Agreement Also Covers The Property Maintenance Services Needed By Helsingin Energiatunnelit Oy (Het Oy), A Member Of The Same Group. Other Helen Oy Group Companies Also Have The Opportunity To Use The Service Agreement. This Tender Does Not Cover Helens Process Maintenance. The Preliminary Content Of The Procurement Is Described In The Preliminary Project Description Attached To The Request For Participation. The Procurement Documents And Their Content Are Supplemented During The Procurement Procedure, And The Final Procurement Object And Requirements Are Presented In The Final Request For Tenders.
