When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Streets And Boulevards On The Territory Of The Vladislav Varnenchik Region, Topoli Town Hall And Kazashko Town Hall At The Municipality Of Varna For A Period Covering The Entire Winter Season According To The Technical Specification. Activities For Winter Maintenance Of Roads/Streets And Boulevards Are Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until March 31, 2026. Winter Maintenance Covers The Municipal Road And Street Network, Road Facilities And Sections Of Republican Roads On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Varna. It Includes: Inspections Of The Machinery And Equipment Requested For Use By The Employer, Preparation Of Roads For Operation In Winter Conditions, Provision Of The Necessary Materials, Transport Of Crates And Placement Of Piles Of Aggregates In Certain Places, Etc.; Snow Clearing (Patrol And Periodic) Of The Roads And Streets Until The Appropriate Degree And Level Of Winter Maintenance Is Achieved, Clearing Of Drifts And Snowdrifts And Removal Of Compacted Snow And Ice Layers; Securing The Roads Against Slipping; Removing Icicles From Subways And Walkways; Scattering Of Mineral Materials And Chemical Substances, Removal Of Damaged Cars From The Roadway Up To 500 M, Detour To Assess The Passability Of The Roads In Winter Conditions, Installation Of New Signs When It Is Necessary To Change The Traffic Organization When A Certain Route Is Closed, Collection And Transmission Of Information About The Condition Of The Road Network, Provision Of On-Duty Duty During Non-Working Hours And On-Duty Duty On Holidays And Weekends During The Winter Period. Priority Snow Cleaning Of The Streets, With The Routes Determined According To The General Scheme Of The City Transport Lines And Streets And Roads With Intensive Traffic. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Streets/Roads For Priority Winter Maintenance. The Execution Of The Order Does Not Include Cleaning Of The Sidewalk Areas.
