The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In 24-Hour Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And District Roads In The Konstantynów Łódzki Commune In The 2026 Winter Season, Divided Into The Following Tasks: 1.1. Task 1: 24-Hour Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And District Roads Within The Administrative Borders Of The Konstantynów Łódzki Commune (Basic Order), 1.2. Task 2: Increasing The Expected Scope Of The Basic Order Regarding Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And District Roads Within The Administrative Borders Of The Konstantynów Łódzki Commune (Task 1) To 100% Of The Value Of The Basic Order (Option Right), 2. The Detailed Scope Of Work And Method Of Providing The Services Covered By The Order Are Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Price Form, Constituting Annexes No. 1 And 2 To The Swz, Respectively. 3. Order Completion Date: 3.1. Municipal Roads: From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until May 15, 2026; 3.2. District Roads: From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until April 15, 2026. 4. The Order Execution Will Commence No Earlier Than After The Total Estimated Gross Value Of The Agreement No. Zp.272.15.2026.Łp Of January 22, 2026 For The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And District Roads Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Konstantynów Łódzki Commune In The Winter Season Of 2026 Has Been Used. 5. Detailed Issues Regarding The Order Completion Date Are Regulated In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 6. The Estimated Starting Date Of The Contract Period Given In Point 5.1.3 Of The Announcement Has Been Supplemented Due To Technical Limitations Of The Platform And Is Only An Expected Date.
