The Contractor Is Obliged To To Bear Full Liability For Damages Towards The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Non-Compliance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law Relating To Acceptance, Transport, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Rules.
