The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Façade Of The Historic Building Of The Primary School In Irządze, Located On The Registered Plot No. 167, Irządze District, Together With The Development Of The Adjacent Area. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of Facade Works In Compliance With The Requirements Resulting From The Conservation Protection Of The Facility, As Well As Works Related To Tidying Up And Developing The Area Around The Building. As Part Of The Development Of The Area, It Is Planned To Create New Paths Next To The Existing School And A Path In The Park Adjacent To The School. Benches (Including One Solar Bench With The Ability To Charge A Phone) And Covered Garbage Bins Have Been Designed Along The Designed Paths. The Aim Of The Order Is To Improve The Technical Condition And Aesthetics Of The Facade Of The Facility As Well As The Functionality And Aesthetics Of The Adjacent Area. Description Of The Building: A Brick Building On A Rectangular Plan With A High Plinth, With A Basement, Plastered Inside And Outside, Covered With A Mansard Roof With Pediments In The Avant-Corps Of The Facade And Garden Elevation.
