1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works, The Subject Of Which Is The Construction Of A Warehouse And Garage Hall With Technical Infrastructure, On The Registered Plot No. 69/19 At Ul. Obwodowa 1 In Kraśnik.2. As Part Of The Order And The Price Offered By The Contractor, The Following Should Be Performed, Among Others: The Following Works And Responsibilities: A) Hardening The Entrance Area To The Hall With Concrete Paving Stones - (Access And Access To The Building, Capillary Strip). B) Perform The Following Installations: • Water And Sewage Installation, Connecting Cold And Hot Water Installations (Possible Use Of A Local Water Heater) And Sewage Installation To The Storage Room - Compressor Room, Execution Of Sewage Installation In The Floor, Including Min. 80% Of The Span Of The Canal Hall With Overrun Grates Enabling Water To Be Drained From The Floor, • Electrical Installation (Lighting And Sockets 230 V And 400 V), Including A Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage With A Capacity Of Min. 6 Kw,• Lightning Protection Installation,• Gravity And Mechanical Ventilation System, Ensuring The Number Of Air Changes Required By Applicable Regulations,• Internal Separator Of Petroleum Substances,• Compressed Air Installation, With A Compressor And Necessary Equipment, Enabling The Intake Of Compressed Air On Two Adjacent Walls (Southern And Eastern Walls), From At Least Four Points (Min. 2 Per Wall),• Installations Low-Current (Monitoring Ensuring Protection Of All Building Facades And The Adjacent Area, Burglary Alarm, External Building Lighting, Psp Radio System - Loudspeakers And Alarm Bells), • Electric Heaters Ensuring The Temperature Required By Applicable Regulations, Including The Storage Room - Compressor Room, Where Ad Hoc Service Is Expected (To The Hall And To The Storage Room - Compressor Room, With Independently Operating Switches), • Signaling System Fire Protection Based On Autonomous Smoke Detectors, Ensuring Complete Protection Of The Facility, • Fire Protection Water Supply System With An Internal Hydrant 52 With A Hydrant Cabinet Located Near The Entrance And The Storage Room - Compressor Room, • Connections: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Internal Power Line. C) A Separate Storage Room In The Building - Compressor Room, Constructed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution Of Construction Works; D) Hall Equipment - Delivery And Installation Of An Atmospheric Air Compressor For Filling Air Cylinders With Minimum Technical Parameters: Power 5.5 Kw, Efficiency 300 L/Min; E) Obtaining An Energy Performance Certificate For The Hall; F) Carrying Out Electrical Measurements Of Electrical Installations In The Hall; G) Preparing A Chimney Sweep Report; H) Carrying Out An As-Built Surveying Inventory; I) Performing Other Activities And Duties Necessary To Fulfill The Obligation Referred To In Point (A).
