The Subject Of The Order Is: Protection Of Persons And Property In The Building Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Katowice At Ul. Wita Stwosza 7:A) Mops Building At Ul. Wita Stwosza 7, Is An Office Building With A Basement With A Total Usable Area Of 4,826.90 M2, Equipped With Fire Protection, Anti-Burglary Installations, Computer Networks, Water And Sewage Systems, Central Heating, Telephone Networks And Full Room Equipment, I.E. Desks, Wardrobes, Office Equipment, Etc. B) Under The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: Protect People And Property In The Field Of Permanent And Direct Physical Protection Along With Supervision Of Transmitted Signals, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems Installed In The Mops Building At Ul. Wita Stwosza 7.C) The Contractor Will Install In The Building A Device For Electronic Control Of Rounds, With A Minimum Of 5 Control Points. D) When Providing The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure In The Building Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Katowice At Ul. Wita Stwosza 7 At Least: - One Security Employee Per Facility From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M., 7 Days A Week; - Two Security Employees Per Facility From 6:00 P.M. To 6:00 A.M., 7 Days A Week.E) In Addition To The Persons Specified In Point D) The Contractor Should Have At Least One Person Who Will Coordinate And Supervise The Work Of The Security Personnel. F) Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. G) All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
