1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor To Provide Specialized Service For Events Organized At The Ice Kraków Congress Center For The Needs Of Armk Sp. Z O. O.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including, Among Others, Its Scope, Method Of Implementation And Related Requirements, Is Presented In Annex 1 To The Swz. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Answers To The Contractors Questions Or Modifications Of The Swz.1.3. The Ordering Party Notes That Annex No. 1 Contains, In Addition To A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Guide To Ice Kraków, Constituting Annex 1A. The Ice Kraków Guide Contains Confidential Information. The Contractor May Obtain It By Submitting An Application For Its Disclosure And Submitting A Confidentiality Declaration. The Application Template Is Attached As Annex 9 To The Swz. The Application Should Be Submitted In Electronic Form (With A Qualified Electronic Signature) Or In Electronic Form With A Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature Via E-Mail At The Following Address: [email protected] 1.4 The Estimated Total Number Of Ordered Man-Hours During The Contract Implementation Period Is 4,200 Man-Hours.2. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Described In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.
