The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Service Inside Buildings: - With An Area Of: 5,173 M2 For The Bródno Operations Team And With An Area Of: 8,877 M2 For The Targówek Operations Team And - As Part Of Replacements For Janitors With An Area Of: 14,928 M2 For The Bródno Operations Team And With An Area Of: 42,730 M2 For The Targówek Operations Complex.2. The Given Amounts Of Internal Surfaces Are Used To Calculate The Offer. Monthly Settlement Of Remuneration For The Provided Cleaning Services Will Be Based On The Actual Number Of M2 On Which The Tidiness And Cleanliness Service Was Provided. 3. The Subject Of The Order May Change During Periods Of Absence Of The House Owner (Caretaker) Or Resulting From Other Needs Of The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Receive A Separate Written Order From The Ordering Party Containing A List Of Addresses Of Buildings Intended For Cleaning Along With The Area Assigned To Them Covered By The Service.
