2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: 1) Part 1: Comprehensive Service Of Transporting Objects From Poland And Europe To The Exhibition Gothic In The Carpathians ;3. Each Part Of The Order Includes, Among Others: - Provision Of Specialized Transport Crates For The Transport Of Works Of Art, - Specialist Packaging Service, - Domestic And International Road Transport Of Objects, - Organization And Coverage Of Travel Costs And Couriers Allowances, - Organization Of A Convoy, - Mediation In Customs Formalities, - Storage Of Crates And Activities Related To Packing And Bringing In/Taking Out.4. The Implementation Of The Order For Part No. 1 Was Divided Into Two Stages:  Stage I - Transport Of Objects To The National Museum In Krakow (Hereinafter Referred To As Nmk) From Domestic And Foreign Lending Institutions, I.E.: A) The National Museum In Warsaw (Mnw) - Road Transport, B) Lending Institutions From Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, France, Germany, Switzerland And Hungary - Road Transport, 5. Full Documentation Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Can Be Found In The Annexes To The Swz: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) List Of Objects With Their Places Of Collection - Annexes No. 2A To The Swz;6. The Ordering Party Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xxxii Of The Swz.
